No Unnecessary Work
We suggest only what the watch genuinely needs. If a piece does not warrant a service at this stage, we will tell you that too.
Correct Lubricants Used
Each pivot and jewel receives the lubricant specified for that movement type. Correct lubrication is foundational to how long a service lasts.
Secure Handling Throughout
Your watch is logged in on arrival and stored in a locked, supervised workshop until it is returned to you in person.

What Sets Us Apart
A few things worth knowing
A testing period is part of every regulation
After a movement is regulated, we keep it on the bench for several days to confirm the adjustment has settled. We do not return watches immediately after service.
We will tell you if a repair is not worth it
If the cost of a service significantly exceeds a watch's value, we say so clearly and return the piece without charge for the assessment.
Cosmetic refits are discussed piece by piece
We do not apply a standard cosmetic package. Each refit is tailored to what the watch needs and discussed with the owner before any surface work begins.
Small enough to know your watch by name
We keep the workshop deliberately small. When you call to ask about your piece, the person who answers is the person working on it.
